At Alter Ego, we want you to love your beauty transformation, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all products that are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics or skincare items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes and include the printed return slip provided via email to ensure smooth processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
